A Complete AC Installation Starts Before Equipment Is Ordered
A new air conditioner should solve the cooling problem you actually have. Perhaps the property has never had central AC, an upstairs room stays warm, or an older unit needs repeated repairs. North Heat & Air starts with a free assessment of the space, the existing system, and your priorities. You receive an explanation of the recommended equipment and a complete installation price before deciding.
Adding Central Air to an Existing Heating System
Existing ducts can make central air conditioning a useful option, but having ducts does not by itself establish that the whole system is ready. We assess airflow, the indoor equipment, available electrical connections, and outdoor-unit placement. The cooling equipment and indoor components need to work together. Any necessary changes are explained as part of the proposed project, rather than left as a surprise on installation day.
Replacing an AC Without Repeating Its Problems
If the old unit never cooled the property evenly, replacing it with similar equipment may leave the original comfort problem unresolved. We review room layout, cooling demand, airflow, and the condition of existing connections. Equipment sizing means matching capacity to the property’s needs; a larger unit is not automatically a better choice.
